Your SDK token stays local during setup
The installer holds the token in browser memory only. It is not sent to this site's server, put in a URL, stored in cookies or browser storage, or sent to analytics. Closing or refreshing the page clears it. After you flash, the token is in your device's firmware; the device uses it to connect to Muse. Muse's own terms and privacy rules govern that connection.
Checkout and order records
Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment. We do not receive your card number. Stripe provides the checkout session reference, payment status, total, currency, quantity, email, name and shipping details needed to fulfil your order. These records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Signed payment events and the checkout return page can both confirm an order; one record is maintained per checkout session.
When confirmation email is configured, the message is sent to your order email, with a BCC to our configured order mailbox. It contains the order summary and shipping commitment. Email delivery is not configured in the local version of this site.
Hosting and analytics
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Hosting requests necessarily expose your IP address and request metadata to the hosting provider.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our pages (clicks, scrolling and anonymised session replays), so we can improve them. Clarity sets first-party cookies and processes usage data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Clarity is not loaded on /setup or /flash, where SDK tokens are entered, and not on checkout return URLs, so it never receives SDK tokens or Stripe session identifiers. Payment details are entered only on Stripe's hosted checkout. This site does not use advertising trackers.
Access, correction and deletion
Email us to request access, correction or deletion of order data. Include your order reference, not your SDK token or card details. We retain records needed for fulfilment, refunds and applicable accounting obligations; no blanket retention period is asserted here. We can explain any retained records when handling your request.
