Dispatch and delivery
Your preorder is charged when you complete Stripe checkout. We commit to dispatch within 30 days of the order. Tracking is provided after dispatch. Delivery time after dispatch varies by country, carrier and customs; the 30-day commitment is a dispatch deadline, not a delivery guarantee.
Shipping price and destinations
Tracked shipping costs $15 per order for one to three devices. Supported destinations appear in checkout. We do not accept orders outside the configured country list.

Import duties and VAT
Import duties, local taxes and VAT are payable by you. They are not included in the $79 product price or $15 shipping charge. Check your destination's import rules before ordering; your carrier or customs authority may collect these charges on arrival.
Cancel before dispatch
Email hello@muse-gadgets.com with your order reference before dispatch to request a full refund of your payment, including shipping. If we cannot dispatch within 30 days, you may request a full refund. Refunds are processed through the original Stripe payment method; banking time can vary.
Problems after arrival
For a damaged or incorrect device, email your order reference and a description of the issue. We will agree the appropriate remedy and any return instructions with you. Do not send a device back without contacting us first. This policy preserves any statutory consumer rights that apply.
What you receive
The planned package is one M5StickS3-based Pocket Gadget, in its stock enclosure, plus a setup guide. The device ships without an SDK token. Bring a USB-C data cable and your own token; the cable is not included.
